These are neighbours, not an official service, and a quiet board doesn't mean every road is clear. For a crash or anything dangerous call 112. The DN1 widening and the Florești pasaj are meant to ease this by around summer 2026; until then the works themselves are part of the jam. Give yourself extra time on the school-year mornings.
