Nobody legitimate asks for money up front
The gemeente never charges to register you for a BSN, and no real landlord asks for a deposit or a viewing fee over WhatsApp before you've seen the place and signed. If someone does, it's a scam — walk away.
Your BSN and DigiD unlock everything else
Get registered for a BSN first, then DigiD — once you have both, the bank account, health insurance and any allowances all fall into place.
