The City Hall lot is free to park in right now.
It’s open to the public, no charge, all weekend.

Water Street
On-street along the river, downtown.
Free on-street parking. Some nearby downtown spaces are limited to 3 hours — check the signs.
Lot south of the U.S. 20 bridge (west side)
South of the U.S. 20 bridge on the west side, reached from Gear Street.
Free all day.
Old Train Depot lot (Depot Park)
Across the river by the Old Train Depot, reached from Park Avenue / Bouthillier Street.
Free all day. Room for tour coaches and RVs too.
Spring Street lot
On the west side of downtown, off Spring Street.
Free all day.
These lots have no meters. You pay by phone with ParkMobile — The paid lots have no meters. Pay in the ParkMobile app or website, or text the word PARK to 77223. Each lot has its own posted ParkMobile zone number.

Commerce Street lot
Downtown on Commerce Street, between Green and Washington.
$10 all day.
City Hall lot
At City Hall, 101 Green Street.
$10 all day on weekdays — but free and open to the public after 4:30 p.m. on weekdays, and all day on weekends and holidays.
Green pins are free. Red pins are paid. The dark marker is Main Street (downtown).

On busy weekends, a free shuttle run by Jo Daviess County Transit runs between the edge lots (Depot Park / Meeker Street) and downtown. Park at the edge and ride in rather than circling Main Street.
