How this works
These are reports from neighbours, not the City. Oulu clears its main cycle routes (the 'Super' class, about 165 km) within three hours once 2 cm of snow has fallen, other cycle-and-walk paths within four to six hours and in priority order — so a main route can be bare while a side path is still snow-covered or icy. Report an uncleared or slippery path to the City's feedback service; in an emergency call 112.
