The MRC Pontiac is rolling out green-bin (organics) collection across the region. When it begins in Shawville, pickup days may shift. Watch the municipality's Facebook page and shawville.ca for the start date and your day.
Putting your bins out the right way
Garbage: maximum 3 bags per household, all inside a covered can so animals can't get into it. Recycling: bundle cardboard separately, and put other recyclables in clear plastic bags.
