What the Teriberka nature-park permit costs for your visit — the per-day fee for your class, whether you go free as a local or exempt group, and how to get the permit online.
Most visitors are surprised that the coast beyond the village is a paid nature park: you need a permit, bought online before you arrive, to walk to the waterfall or the Dragon Eggs beach. Locals and several other groups go free. Work out what your visit will cost and how to get the permit.

How to get the permit
- Apply before you go, on the Murmansk Oblast Ministry of Natural Resources website — you can't buy it at a gate.
- Pay the fee by scanning the QR code (exempt groups pay nothing but still register).
- Your permit arrives by email — carry it on your phone when you enter the park.
What needs a permit
The permit is for the nature park — Batareysky waterfall, the ‘Dragon Eggs’ boulder beach, the WWII artillery battery and Secretarskoye lake. The village itself, its sandy beach and the ship graveyard at the river mouth are free — you don't need a permit to walk around Teriberka or Lodeynoye.
The fee changes
The fees rose about 10% on 1 January 2026 and are set each year by ministerial order, so they change. This shows the 2026 amounts; confirm the current fee and the full exemption list on the Ministry's page before you pay.
