These are the places Kampala has flooded before, mapped so you can plan around the low roads before they go under. It is not a live flood warning. When heavy rain sets in, the warnings that matter come over the radio — CBS, Sanyu FM, Capital FM and the others — and from KCCA and the Uganda Red Cross. Keep out of moving or standing floodwater where you can: you cannot see how deep it is or what is in it.
